One thing I like about this weight management programme is that I need not starve! Just need to ensure that, I have a balanced meal with WIDE variety of food (sounds good huh!)
What's a balanced meal????? I am using this 3333 Diet as a guide:
3 x palm size of fruits, 3 x palm size of vegetables a day
3 x fist size of low protein (lean meat) a day
3 x half closed palm size of whole grains (e.g. noodle, rice, bread) a day; and
Small amount of fats and oil...(ring of the OK sign)
Looks challenging...I'm keeping a food diary (provided by the programme) to monitor what I eat each day and identify the culprit that has been generously providing so much fats to my body.
Its all about habits...I'm still enjoying my food but i realise that I'm more selective these days....One major achievement - I can now complete the day without snacking...haha dun try to tempt me ya!!!!! but no harm going for tea or coffee once in a while ..heehee
